Our People

What our people have to say

"It's rare to find a company that is ethically driven, committed to an excellent customer experience, but also supports, encourages and develops its employees. You get this in spades at LifeSearch! In the last 9 years I have progressed from sales support to managing the 20+ strong Tele-Interviewing Team. I am proud of my team of highly skilled and knowledgeable Tele-Interviewers, who make the potentially complicated process of applying for insurance simple and pain free for our clients."

Verity Kemp
Support Team Leader

"I have been working for LifeSearch for just over 12 months now, immediately after joining the company I felt part of a team and loved the people I worked with and the fast, customer focused environment. Being an advisor is challenging, but I take pride in the fact that my aim is to provide people with the best advice and not to 'enforce a sale'. The feedback I receive from my clients means I know I am achieving this!"

Amanda Curwood
Customer Adviser

"I'm really proud of what we have achieved at LifeSearch and I want my team to feel the same and enjoy what they do. The real route to enjoyment is success, which we achieve by delivering a first class life insurance service to our clients. So if you want to become part of a successful, growing team, where your ideas and opinions are valued, come and join us."

David Perry
Sales Manager, Milton Keynes

"As an Adviser your main role is to advise customers on the best value and most appropriate life insurance for their needs. Previous to this role I had no experience in the industry but the LifeSearch structure is such that it gives you all the support you need to develop in your role.
The opportunities to progress and further your career are there for those that want them. The company is very dynamic and is always willing to listen to any new ideas you have. I now not only advise but also head up our business protection team and coach/mentor on a part time basis. If you are someone who enjoys a challenge and working to targets then this job is the one for you."

Ricky Butler
LifeSearch Senior Adviser

"I have worked at Lifesearch for 3 yrs as a Tele-interviewer and still enjoy the job as much today as I did when I began. There are many reasons for this as Lifesearch is a fantastic company, not only to it's employees but more importantly to it's customers. From the day I began it was always made clear that treating customers fairly played a massive part in the way this company worked.
During the process of running through an application with a customer we have to discuss a variety of issues including, medical and family history, some disclosures can make client's feel uncomfortable, personal medical disclosures or recent family member deaths etc. I am pleased as a member of the TI team that we are each able to show compassion and treat each customer on an individual basis. I believe this friendly approach leaves the customer with a sense of trust and hopefully encourages them to recommend the service we offer to family and friends. I often speak to people who have a negative impression of insurance brokers and believe we are only here to line pockets but after speaking to a Lifesearch adviser you discover those opinions change, people can tell the difference between a sales pitch and someone who genuinely wants to make sure your family is financially taken care of should the unthinkable occur.
Being a part of this process is what makes my job satisfying and lets me go home after a day at work knowing that somewhere along the line I was a part of making a difference to someone and their family."
